However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we offer a structured refund policy under specific conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
✅ The service was not completed as promised or was left incomplete.
✅ The service provided was of unsatisfactory quality despite reasonable expectations.
✅ The service provider failed to deliver the service as per the agreed terms.
✅ A duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue.
✅ The service was canceled by Book My Service due to unforeseen circumstances.

✅ Ac Rent Security deposit is refundable once AC is hand over to my team, if any damages happens or any dues are left will be get adjusted with security deposit.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following conditions do not qualify for a refund:
❌ The service was fully completed as per the request but did not meet personal preferences.
❌ The issue was due to incorrect or misleading information provided by the customer.
❌ The customer changed their mind after the service was completed.
❌ Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or external factors.
❌ The refund request was made after [7] days from the service completion date.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide Service Details: Mention your service booking ID, date of service, and reason for requesting a refund.
3️⃣ Verification: Our team will review your request and assess the issue with the service provider.
4️⃣ Refund Approval: If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within [7] business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel a booked service before the provider starts working on it to receive a full refund.
  • If the service is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work done.
  • No refund will be given if the service is fully completed.
  • If Technician reached the spot and customer will change his mind to do the work then in such cases customer has to pay the visiting charges.

5. Rework Instead of Refund

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
🔹 A free rework or correction if the service was not satisfactory.
🔹 A discount on future services as compensation.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
  • It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
